1.14.1—Sex/Gender Discrimination, Harassment and/or Sexual Misconduct

Introduction

Whenever Michigan Tech gets a written report of sex/gender based discrimination, harassment and/ or sexual misconduct, the campus Title IX Coordinator is notified. The University will answer violations of the policy through a number of paths, informally and/or formally, aided by the objective of educating all ongoing events included.

Procedure
